<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for vertically installing a pole capable of reducing the amount of the steel frame of the pole of an upper frame by securing the rigidity of a patten without installing a flange on the patten even if a foundation concrete by a reinforced concrete is eliminated when the patten is fixed to a soil improving object and also increasing work efficiency by easily fixing the patten. <P>SOLUTION: The soil improving body 13 in which a buried hole 14 for a steel frame pole 1 is formed is formed by a deep layer mixing treatment construction method.
