<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for enabling even a beginner to easily perform the preparation of a process chart for metal mold and the setting of the judgement items of each process. <P>SOLUTION: A standard master database in which a plurality of process charts are stored is retrieved, and construction components to be used in the processes are successively displayed (A), and the input of judgement items which should be judged in the respective working processes of the respective displayed construction components is induced (B), and one judgement item of the respective working processes of the respective construction components inputted according to the induction and the respective constituting components and the respective working processes are associated and stored (C), and a series of steps ranging from (A) to (C) are repeated until the input of the judgement items of (B) is completed for the construction components to be used in all processes included in a standard master database (D), and the respective working processes and the respective judgement items of the respective construction components are associated so that an association matrix group can be configured (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
