PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of the liquid quantity by controlling accurately the suction/discharge liquid quantity without enlarging a pump structure. SOLUTION: This dispensing head is equipped with a syringe 20 provided with a nozzle 30 on one end, a plunger 5 to be inserted from the other end of the syringe 20, and a direct-acting actuator 40 for driving the plunger, and is used for sucking or discharging a solution from the nozzle by driving of the plunger. As for the plunger, the connection side to the direct-acting actuator is elongated and held by a slidable holding member 52. In the direct-acting actuator, an electromagnetic system comprising a movable element 41 wherein a magnet 41 is fixed to a part of the elongated plunger and a stator using an armature winding 43 provided with an aperture from the movable element.
