PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for securing sealing property of oil when filling a conduit with oil for transfer in a brake hydraulic pressure control unit for a vehicle. SOLUTION: Various kinds of ports 3a to 3h and 3q formed on a block 3 are closed by using a plate-like lid member 5. At this time, the various kinds of ports 3a to 3h and 3q of the block 3 are closed in surely sealed states by using a seal plate 4 used to seal a connecting portion of the ports 3a to 3h and 3q and a master cylinder and holding the seal plate 4 between the block 3 and the plate-like lid member 5. In fixing at this time, six bolts 6i to 6n used to fix the master cylinder to the block 3 are used, and an electronic parts case 2 and the block 3 are transferred together with the six bolts 6i to 6n and the seal plate 4.
