<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize label printing of high printing accuracy in simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A recorder 2 performs print recording on a printing layer 102 by irradiating a disk-like printing medium 100 including the printing layer 102 for generating a visible shape change as print information from its principal surface side by means of pulse-like light beams received from that principal surface side with a pulse-like optical signal with the print information superimposed thereon from the principal surface side along with a disk circumference direction based on a recording operation frequency.
