<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of minimizing illegitimate use of a mobile terminal main body by a third party without the need for circuit revision for the mobile terminal main body and a battery incorporated therein. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 100 includes: a charger 110; and the mobile terminal main body 120. The charger 110 includes: a charging circuit 111; a first switch 112; a second switch 113; a first charging terminal 114; an RFID data storage memory 115; a comparison circuit 116; and an RFID reader 117. The mobile terminal main body 120 includes: a second charging terminal 121; the battery 122; and a first RFID tag 123. The battery 122 is built in the mobile terminal main body 120 and includes a second RFID tag 124. Only when both the RFID data of the first RFID tag 123 of the mobile terminal main body 120 and the second RFID tag 124 of the battery 122 are coincident with RFID data stored in advance in the attached charger 110, the charger 110 supplies power to the mobile terminal main body 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
