PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector structure for achieving miniaturization by reducing an arrangement space on a substrate, evading the deterioration of rigidity in a case by dispensing with a connector cap, allowing fall impact to be hardly transmitted to a connector unit, so as to prevent the breakage, reducing the number of components, assembling man-hour, and a cost, and obtaining specifications with unity in terms of design, and to provide a terminal device provided with the connector structure. SOLUTION: An opening 6 for the connector unit is formed at the rear surface side of a terminal device main body 1, so as to be opening/closing possible by a battery cover 8 which is freely slidably attached to the terminal device main body 1. The connector unit 4 is arranged at the inner side of the opening 6 for the connector unit, to which a plug 9 is connected in the thickness direction of the terminal device main body 1 in a state where the battery cover 8 is slid and the opening 6 for the connector unit is opened.
