PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a qualitatively satisfactory member, superior in fitting workability of mutual members. SOLUTION: This member fitting structure has a lower case 1 (a first member) having an engaging projection 4 and a groove part 6 formed by arranging a pressing-down piece 5 on both sides of this engaging projection 4, and an upper case 7 (a second member) having a locking piece 9 for forming a locking part 11 by arranging a hole 10; and fits the lower case 1 and the upper case 7 by locking the locking part 11 on the engaging projection 4 by inserting the locking piece 9 into the groove part 6.
