PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling 1 having improved durability while effectively preventing the occurrence of hammering or wear between a driving side rotating shaft and a driven side rotating shaft. SOLUTION: The shaft coupling 1 comprises a coupling body 10 having a connection hole 11 opened into which torque transmission pieces 2a, 2b of the driving side rotating shaft and torque transmission pieces 3a, 3b of the driven side rotating shaft can be loosely inserted, a pin 20 located on a rotational track of the torque transmission pieces 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b inserted into the connection hole 11 and implanted in the coupling body 10, and an O-ring 30 as an elastic body fitted into the pin 20 at the axial intermediate position of the coupling body 10.
