PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM signal demodulation circuit and an OFDM signal demodulating method capable of improving the receiving performance of a receiver by suppressing the influence of deterioration in a C/N value due to the amplification of a received OFDM type receiving signal to the receiving performance of the receiver. SOLUTION: In the case of equivalently shaping the waveforms of carrier signals output from an FFT processing circuit 54, a transmission line equivalent circuit 56 extracts a correction factor corresponding to the gain of a receiving signal output from a tuner part 100 from a correction factor table 82 and performs waveform equivalent processing on the basis of a signal whose phase correction based on the extracted correction factor is performed by a phase correction circuit 84.
