PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, even if a mounting ratio of a circuit board is improved, shortening a time required for assembling work. SOLUTION: A plurality of bosses 112A are erected on a liquid crystal base 112 to support an image processing board 101, a heat sink 131 is disposed between the liquid crystal base 112 and the image processing board 101, and the heat sink 131 is fixed to the liquid crystal base 112 via a bracket 132. This constitution can eliminate a necessity of providing a mounting portion for mounting the heat sink 131 in the image processing board 101. The bracket 132 is formed with an air-cooling unit 130 formed by integrating the heat sink 131 with a cooling fan 133, so that all of the heat sink 131, the bracket 132 and the cooling fan 133 are collectively mounted on the liquid crystal base 112, thereby shortening the time required for the assembling work.
