PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest in a driver's seat of a construction machine, capable of being retracted when not used without being affected by the vertical adjustment of a seat or the reclining of a backrest of the driver's seat. SOLUTION: The armrest in the driver's seat of the construction machine has an armrest attaching bracket in a console support frame for supporting a console box, and the armrest is turnably fixed to the armrest attaching bracket with pins so that the armrest can be retracted when not used by raising the armrest in the vertical direction.
