PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-fixing device which suppresses increase of driving torque of a fixing belt to hold satisfactory paper transportability. SOLUTION: A belt fixing device 10 is provided with an endless fixing belt 12 having an inner surface coated with grease G; an unrotatable nip forming member 14 fixedly disposed in the fixing belt 12; a rotatingly driven pressure roller 20 pressed to the nip forming member 14 through the fixing belt 12; and a lubricant guide member 26 which is provided in contact with both end parts, in the breadthwise direction of the inner surface of the fixing belt 12 and guides the grease G on the inner surface of the fixing belt 12 from both end parts of the belt to the center part of the belt.
