The present invention consists in a hermetic chamber useful to control with precision different operations such as positive or negative pressure, atmospheric pressure, temperature and other required conditions. This chamber, the central piece of the process, must be supported by different control elements and complement equipment for obtaining a total performance: a) chambers with accurate and efficient heating and cooling systems. b) System for accurately and automatically moving and transporting loads. c) Springs adjusted to the size of the chamber with rails lengthwise the installation. d) A suitable design that simultaneously enables the drying process of the load in the chamber, with the discharge maneuver and reposition of the load in the spring. e) The design of hygroscopic cartridges for determining the amount of residual vapor at the end of the wood dehydration process. An additional advantage of the invention consists in raising the temperature of the process over 150°C for eliminating bacteria, plagues and other pathogen organisms, which enables the dehydrated wood to complies with any sanitary standard. 1. |
