PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rational and economical upper structure building structure skeleton reflecting a merit of a construction of vibration isolation in order to cancel the rising of a cost for a vibration isolation building. SOLUTION: A skeleton having a moment resisting frame structure skeleton of rigid joint capable of bearing horizontal force, earthquake resistant walls and braces, etc. is constituted, and parts other than them are constituted as a skeleton supporting only vertical load. A post 5 supporting only vertical load is called as an independent post 51, a beam is constructed on the independent post 51 only in one direction, it is connected to the independent post 51 by pin joint, and a beam in the orthogonal direction is omitted.
