PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display image information or the like printable on recording paper on a picture prior to performing actual printing even in the state that an information obtaining means (digital camera or the like) of printing data is not connected and to store the recording paper printed with a desired image or the like by performing printing based on the information screen.

SOLUTION: The information display device is provided with a storage vessel 13 for the printed cut paper 12; a lid body 14 mounted to the storage vessel 13; and a liquid crystal display 16 for display the information on the lid body 14. The liquid crystal display 16 displays the information screen printable on the cut paper 12 by an ink jet head 11.
