PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in moldability and scratch resistance, little in sheet surface tackiness, and excellent in uniform extensibility and retention of embossed patterns, particularly a laminate suitable as a skin material. SOLUTION: In the laminate formed by laminating a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a base material layer, as the thermoplastic elastomer layer, a layer is used which comprises a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by the dynamic crosslinking of a mixture containing the following components (a), (b) and (c). Herein, (a): an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer of 40-99 wt%, which consists of ethylene and a 3-5Cα-olefin, is produced using a metallocene catalyst and has a density of 0.85-0.88 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, (b): an olefin resin of 1-60 wt% [provided that a total amount of (a) and (b) is 100 wt%], and (c): a softening agent for a hydrocarbon type rubber in an amount of 0-100 pts. wt. based on a total 100 pts. wt. of (a) and (b).
