摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the heat collecting efficiency of the titled heat collector and to facilitate the replacement of heat pipes by a method wherein a plurality of inclined holes are drilled in a heat medium pipe and curved condensing sections of the heat pipes are inserted into the inclined holes, respectively. CONSTITUTION:One open end of each of transparent pipes 6 is sealed with a metallic end plate 5 and a heat absorbing section 7a of each of the heat pipes 7 is sealed into the glass pipe 6. In this case, an operation liquid capable of changing into a gaseous phase is sealed into the heat absorbing section 7a of the heat pipe 7. Further, a heat collecting plate 8 is fixed to the heat absorbing section 7a in a heat conductive manner and a sealing plate 9 is brazed to the condensing section 7b passing through the end plate 5 after the section 7b is bent in the shape of the letter L to thereby form a heat collecting element H. After the above processes, a plurality of inclined holes 11 are drilled in the outer periphery of the heat medium pipe 10 in spaced apart relationships with one another and after inserting the condensing section 7b of the element H into the heat medium pipe 10 through the hole 11, the sealing plate 9 is brazed to the peripheral edge of the hole 11 to thereby constitute the solar heat collector. Thus, with the above structure, it is possible to control the radiation of heat from the condensing section 7b and to facilitate the replacement of the heat pipes.</p>
