PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of sustaining stability even when an insulating panel is secured rigidly to the electronic component body and a bent lead wire springs back, and capable of preventing occurrence of attachment gap to a substrate or tilt of a product. SOLUTION: An insulating panel abutting against the end face of an electronic component body is provided with a part for inserting a lead wire and a groove extending from the inserting part in the peripheral direction and containing the lead wire while bending, a slit narrower than the groove is formed in the bottom face of the groove, metal plates are bonded from the opposite sides of the groove along the side face and the bottom face thereof and the slit, and a wall (supporting column) is provided to stand from the peripheral part of the insulating panel along the outer circumferential side face of the electronic component body. The metal plate bonded to the groove of the insulating panel and the lead wire of the electronic component are soldered or welded. The electronic component body is a tubular aluminium electrolytic capacitor having an annular recess in the circumferential surface close to the end face, and a protrusion being fitted in the annular recess of the capacitor body is provided on the wall (supporting column).
