<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking water-containing bottle for rice in which washing of rice was already finished, making all of measurement of rice, washing of rice, control of water added and immersion of water unnecessary and capable of providing cooked rice having ideal taste/texture. <P>SOLUTION: Rice 3 already washed with water and cooking water 4 contained in a prescribed ratio based on the quantity of the rice are packed into a bottle 10 and hermetically sealed. Since the rice 3 already washed with water is provided in a state immersed in cooking water 4, measurement of rice, washing of rice and control of water added and a time for immersing the rice into water are made unnecessary and the rice can be cooked by only charging the contents of the bottle into a cooking apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
