PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix an outer frame body to a wire-gauze body and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a drop lid by spot-welding the annular outer frame body made of a round bar material to the surface of the circular wire-gauze body, and to prevent the injury on the inner surface of a pot of an electric rice cooker caused by the collision of the outer frame body with the inner surface of the pot when the drop lid is moved inside the pot of the electric rice cooker by making the outer frame body with the round bar material. SOLUTION: The annular outer frame body 2 made of the round bar material is spot-welded to the surface of the circular wire-gauze body 1.
