PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for forming a three-dimensional image, which can accurately and easily laminate lenticular array sheets without taking in air. SOLUTION: The device for positioning three-dimensional image sheet, which includes an image sheet 12 provided with a striped image, a lenticular array sheet 20 having plural lenticules and the radiation hardening adhesive, which is unhardened and provided between the image sheet 12 and the lenticular array sheet 20, is provided with a vacuum platen for supporting the image sheet 12, a vacuum applying means for applying vacuum through an opening of the vacuum platen, a holding means for holding at least one edge of the lenticular array sheet 20 and for straightly operating or turning or straightly operating/ turning the lenticular array sheet 20 in relation to the image sheet 12 so as to position the array-shaped lenticule in relation to the stripe image, and a hardening means 60 for hardening the adhesive. |
