PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the accidental dropping of the ball cases by stably supporting the ball cases placed on a ball case table on the front of the game machine. SOLUTION: A pachinko game machine PM has the outer frame 20, the front frame 30 mounted so as to be side-openable by being hinged on the side part of the outer frame 20 and a game component member mounted on the front frame 30. The game component member is made up of the game board 35 mounted on the front side of the front frame 20 and a ball tray 43 mounted so as to be projected ahead at the lower part of the front frame. The game balls can be stored into the ball cases BB placed on the ball case table 53a while the pachinko game machine PM is installed on a game machine island structure 10. On the other hand, a ball case holding mechanism 28 for holding the ball cases placed on the ball case table is built having a ball case retaining member 281 which is so arranged as to be rotatable while being projected ahead from the upper part of the frieze plate part 25 and turns freely between the retaining position in which a retaining arm 281a of the ball case retaining member 281 extends downward to be retained on the rear upper end part of the ball case and the release position in which the retaining arm 281a extends sideways or upward to separate from the rear upper end part of the ball case.
