<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignitor assembly capable of precluding intrusion of moisture for a long period of time and maintaining certainty in the operation. <P>SOLUTION: A metal cup 16 filled with ignition powder 17 is covered with a resin sheet 18. The contacting part of the bottom of the sheet 18 with a resin molding 21 is fast consolidated so that intrusion of the moisture is precluded. The consolidation is established in the manufacturing process by allowing the resin molding 21 and the sheet 18 to be cooled for solidification while they are left in the condition of being melted together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
