PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination structure of batteries wherein a used protection circuit board can be in an electrically insulating state to the batteries and its position can be held when a plurality of batteries are horizontally arranged. SOLUTION: This combination structure of batteries comprises horizontally juxtaposed secondary batteries, a plus lead plate with which plus sides of the batteries are connected in common, a minus lead plate with which minus sides of the batteries are connected in common and extended to the plus sides along a side part of one of the two secondary batteries, a circuit board controlling the batteries provided over the plus poles of the batteries which is fixed to a tip end of the minus lead plate and the other end is fixed to the plus lead plate, and an insulating seal insulating the minus lead plate and the batteries.
