PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a retainer at a temporary locking position from being pushed to a regular locking position caused by the interference of other members. SOLUTION: An interference regulation part 20, in a state of protruding from the backside of the retainer 40, capable of regulating the interference of the other members against the retainer 40 at a temporary locking position, is formed on the outer face of a housing 10. Since the interference regulation part 20 is arranged on the housing 10, and the interference of the other members to the retainer 40 at the temporary locking position is regulated, the retainer 40 is prevented from being pushed to the regular locking position. Since the interference regulation part 20 is located behind the retainer 40, namely, at the back end side of the housing 10, the interference regulation part 20 does not obstruct the locking when locking into a counterpart housing.
