PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting low-wind-pressure cable capable of realizing the reduction of wind pressure of a self-supporting cable and of improving workability. SOLUTION: The outside diameter D<SB>1</SB>of a cable body is 16 to 35 mm; the outside diameter D<SB>2</SB>of a suspension wire satisfies (0.107×D<SB>1</SB>+4.8)≤D<SB>2</SB>≤(0.107×D<SB>1</SB>+6.8); the height B of a connection part of the cable body to the suspension wire is in the range of 1.4≤B≤4.7; a plurality of grooves are formed on the surface of the cable body in parallel with its longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals; an edge line shape of the cross section of each groove is a circular arc-like shape; and the number N of the grooves (N is a natural number), the curvature radius R of each groove, and the depth H of each groove satisfy a condition of 5.8≤[7.57×10<SP>6</SP>/(N<SP>1.7</SP>×H×R)]<SP>0.29</SP>-11.2≤12.2 in ranges of 18≤N≤24, 0.012≤H/D<SB>1</SB>≤0.034 and 0.038≤R/D<SB>1</SB>≤0.047; whereby the reduction of wind pressure can be realized without twisting this self-supporting low-wind-pressure cable in an installed state, and workability thereof can be improved.
