PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk data transfer system, a disk data transfer unit, and a disk data transfer method which perform for a short time processing which transfers data of a certain fragmentation disk to another disk under the state in which fragmentation is eliminated. SOLUTION: A transfer cluster group selection part 27 of this system selects clusters of a HDD (Hard Disk Drive) 12 corresponding to the clusters in a write-in cylinder of HDD 16 as a transferring cluster group under the condition that the clusters of the cylinder of more outside periphery of HDD 16 corresponds to the clusters of the HDD 12 whose order is following, a seeking control part 22 makes the head of the HDD 12 to seek in one direction, a data read-out part 23 reads out data of the cluster if there are clusters in a transferring cluster group during seeking, a seeking control part 32 which makes the head to seek a cylinder of the HDD 16 corresponding to data of the cluster, and a data write-in part 33 writes-in data of the cluster to the cluster of the HDD 16 corresponding to data of the cluster.
