PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting rod bearing metal confirming device capable of confirming that bearing metal is installed between a crank pin of a crankshaft and a crank pin hole of a connecting rod in a state of installing the connecting rod on the crankshaft. SOLUTION: The crankshaft 100 for installing the connecting rod 110 is held, and the connecting rod 110 is reciprocated along a straight line for connecting the center of the crank pin and the center of a piston pin hole 117, and its moving distance is measured.
