PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device arranged on a structure, used for vibration control by damping vibration of this structure, and capable of providing the sufficient vibration control effect. SOLUTION: This vibration control device 10 has a main damper 20 for damping the vibration of the structure 100 and a sub-damper 30 for damping vibration of the main damper 20; and has a disturbance estimating device 102 for estimating disturbance (f) acting on the structure 100, a controller 43 for arithmetically operating a vibration control force command u* for adding vibration control force (u) for negating the vibration of the structure 100 to at least one of the main damper 20 and the sub-damper 30 by using estimated disturbanceτestimated by the disturbance estimating device 102 as one of parameters, and an actuator 40 for adding the vibration control force (u) based on the vibration control force command to at least one of the main damper 20 and the sub-damper 30.
