PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent and remove weeds by removing (blowing off) with high-temperature and high-pressure hot water such a crack part especially as in an asphalt pavement or a concrete pavement of a road, a structure at the edge of the road or a retaining wall where soil, dust and seeds of weeds enter so that the weeds may grow, and injecting an agent of "seal for preventing weeds in crack". SOLUTION: Weeds or the like grown in the crack part is blown off with high-temperature and high-pressure hot water and cleared away, and cells at the remaining roots of weeds are broken at a high temperature. The sealing agent is injected to prevent soil, dust and seeds of weeds from again entering. The injection agent is the sealing agent not using chemicals to the utmost, and taking into consideration the protection of biosystem of the other plants and small animals, besides a temperature difference, an expansion difference and the deterioration conditions, that is, the agent obtained by mixing water resin, powder zeolite and a foaming agent/a coloring agent with main material, and processing the mixture by a special method.
