PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet shutter or the like, which facilitates the replacement of a sheet, and which is equipped with such a mechanism as to keep a sheet surface in a flat state. SOLUTION: This sheet shutter 1 is equipped with the sheet 10, a roller assembly 20 for winding up/winding down the sheet, and a frame 30 which is composed of a main body box 33 and right and left rail boxes 31. The sheet 10 comprises a flat lower sheet 14 which leads to a lower part of the main body box 33 from the lowermost part of the sheet in a sheet-closed state, and a flat upper sheet 13 which is connected to an upper end of the lower sheet 14 and attached to the roller assembly 20. The upper sheet 13 and the lower sheet 14 are connected together by a connecting bar 15 protruding downward from the main body box 33 in a state wherein the sheet 10 is wound downward up to the lowermost position.
