PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fiber composite material that can sufficiently prohibit the migration and can apply the resin components uniformly to the fiber substrate despite this method for producing a fiber composite material by using an aqueous resin emulsion under consideration of the environmental loading and the problems on VOC, and efficiently and surely obtains the fiber composite material having excellent uniform feeling, increased stability and abrasion resistance properties, flexible feeling, abrasion resistance, additionally can a variety of fabric hands according to the purposes, and to provide the fiber composite material produced by the production method. SOLUTION: A urethane/acrylic composite resin emulsion (A) that is obtained by emulsion-polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer in the presence of a carboxyl group-bearing polyurethane resin emulsion, an ammonium carboxylate sat (B) and water (C) are mixed and fiber substrates are soaked with the solution, then dried to give the fiber composite material.
