PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tolerant management related to an application quantity of an adhesive. SOLUTION: A capture hole 34 is formed at a position separated in the longitudinal direction from a pressure chamber 36 which communicates with a nozzle at an adhered face between a passage unit 10 and an actuator unit 20. Every one capture hole 34 attends each pressure chamber 36. When the adhesive is applied to the passage unit 10 sequentially in a direction towards the pressure chamber 36 from the capture hole 34, the surplus adhesive moves in the direction towards the pressure chamber 36 from the capture hole 34 on the passage unit 10. The surplus adhesive flows into the capture hole 34 and accordingly hardly enters the pressure chamber 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
