PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article with which a three-dimentional leakage-prevention parts is satisfactory fitted to a wearing person, which has a satisfactory absorbing property at a center part in a width direction, is excellent in the leakage-prevention property from a side part, in which its excellent leakage-prevention property is hardly affected by the expansion and shrinkage of a crotch width due to the personal difference of the crotch width and movement. SOLUTION: The absorptive article 1 has an absorptive body 2 provided with a pair of the three-dimensional leakage-prevention parts 4 extending respectively along a longitudinal direction on both side parts in the longitudinal direction. An area between the pair of the three-dimensional leakage-prevention parts 4 has an elasticity in the width direction.
