PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance X-ray irradiation resistance for a radiation image conversion panel, as to the radiation image conversion panel using a stimulable phosphor and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In this radiation image conversion panel having a stimulable phosphor layer containing the stimulable phosphor on a support body, the stimulable phosphor is expressed by the following general formula (1), and the stimulable phosphor layer contains NaX" ' of 5-25 PPM (X" ' is at least one kind of halogen atom selected from the group comprising F, Cl, Br, and I.).
