PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the accumulation of oil and refrigerant in a hot gas bypass passage when a cooling mode operation is performed, or when a device is OFF, with respect to a refrigeration cycle device capable of switching a cooling mode and a heating mode. SOLUTION: In this refrigeration cycle device 1 capable of conducting the cooling mode operation C for returning the refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 to the compressor through a condenser 4, a first decompressor 7 and an evaporator 8, and a heating mode operation H for returning the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to the compressor directly through a second decompressor 11 and the evaporator while bypassing the condenser by switching operation of valve means 3, 10, an angle between the flowing-out direction of refrigerant from an outlet of a decompressing part 70 in the first decompressor in the cooling mode operation and the flowing direction of the refrigerant in the first decompressor toward the evaporator from a hot gas bypass passage 12 in the heat mode operation, is 90°or less.
