A high-resolution analog image transmission system according to embodiments of the present invention comprises an image transmission device and an image reception device. The image transmission device comprises: a pixel data rearrangement unit for generating an image data stream in which pieces of pixel data of a luminance-chrominance-based color space are rearranged for each component; a signal data stream generation unit for generating, in every scan cycle, a scan signal data stream in which timing signals and the image data stream are arranged according to a predetermined scan signal format; and an analog scan signal output unit for transmitting an analog scan signal obtained by digital-analog conversion of the generated scan signal data stream.
