The frame has a locking device (3) with an interlocking unit (34`) moved relative to a front upright unit (13`). An unlocking device (4) has an actuation lever (41) associated to the unit (34`) and pivoting on the unit (13`) such that the unit (34`) is moved from locking to unlocking position, and unit (13`) and a handle connection rod unit (12`) are moved from an extended position to a folded position when the lever is actuated. The interlocking unit (34`) is moved with respect to the unit (13`) between a locking position in which the unit (34`) is engaged with an interlocking unit (31`) and an unlocking position in which the unit (34`) is disengaged from the unit (31`).
