<p>The control handle consists of a molded plastic shell (2) in two halves (4) with holes (6, 7) for control buttons and/or sliders, an inner cavity (3) and an outer heating cable (8), covered at least partly by a sleeve of a thermosetting polymer foam molded at low pressure.
