The indicator has a driving unit (6) including two flexible tabs (7, 8) and an actuating unit (1) that is axially displaced between an idle position and an actuating position. The tabs (7, 8) respectively co-operate with a teeth (9) of a counting unit (5) in order to rotate the counting unit in a counting direction when the actuating unit is displaced from the idle to actuating position and from actuating to idle position. An independent claim is also included for a liquid or powdery product dispensing device.
