PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical solution injection device for soil improvement ensuring the sufficient flow of an injected chemical solution. SOLUTION: The chemical solution injection device for soil improvement is provided with a device body composed of an upper head 2, an upper packer part 3 connected to the lower side of the upper head 2 and provided with an upper expansion part 301, a nozzle part 4 connected to the lower side of the upper packer part 3 and provided with a discharge port 401 for discharging the chemical solution, an intermediate hose part 5 connected to the lower side of a nozzle part 4, and a lower packer part 6 connected to the lower side of the intermediate hose part 5 and provided with a lower expansion part 601; a chemical solution passage 8 formed inside the device body and communicating with the discharge port 401; and an air carrier passage 7 formed inside the device body separately from the chemical solution passage 8 to carry air to the upper expansion part 301 and the lower expansion part 601.
