CREDIT SALES/CREDIT PURCHASE EVENT GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which each commercial distribution company (a supplier or a sales subsidiary) efficiently records a credit sales/a credit purchase based on the delivery status of a physical distribution dealer or a business company.

SOLUTION: A computer system 105 being a control center is connected to each of the company computer systems 101-103, 119-121 and is provided with: a function receiving and acquiring commercial distribution/physical distribution information 106-109; a function converting the acquired information into a physical distribution data structure and a commercial distribution data structure and into the code system of each company system 110; a function storing the converted information and conversion definition information 111; and a function generating credit sales/credit purchase event information from the delivery status by conforming to a contract form and transmitting/informing the credit sales/credit purchase event information to each company system requiring the recording of the credit sales/credit purchase. Each company system performs recording processing for the credit sales/credit purchase based on the credit sales/credit purchase event information.
