<p>Disclosed is a microchemical chip comprising a base made of ceramic and a light-transmitting member. The ceramic base is provided with a channel which has a fluid supplying section arranged on the upstream side of the channel, a fluid reacting section arranged on the downstream side of the supplying section, and a sensing section arranged on the downstream side of the reacting section. The light-transmitting member is so arranged as to cover the sensing section of the base. Since the channel is formed in the base which is composed of a ceramic material having excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance, reliability can be improved. In addition, since the light-transmitting member is so arranged as to cover the sensing section, inspection of a reaction product can be performed, for example, by an optical means, thereby improving inspection accuracy.</p> |
