PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter device which can perform a wide range of power control with high efficiency and low noise, while suppressing the excessive rise of the peak value of the current flowing to a switching element even in case that the range of input DC power voltage is wide. SOLUTION: A V-F table 13 determines the switching frequency corresponding to the voltage of each DC power source so that the switching frequency may go higher the larger the voltage of a DC power source 1 is. A switching frequency specifying part 16 specifies the switching frequency corresponding to the voltage of a DC power source 1 that it has detected, referring to the V-F table 13. An adjusting part 15 adjusts the amount of phase shift to the timing of the switching of IGBTs 3a and 3b which forms a counterpart to the timing of the switching of IGBTs 3d and 3c so that the current flowing in an inductance 7 may be discontinuous.
