PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measuring device capable of acquiring accurate measured data without performing energy calibration. SOLUTION: Natural<SP>40</SP>K photoelectric peak energy is stored as a reference ch in a reference ch storage circuit section 10. A radiation energy detected in a detector 2 is converted into ch data by an ADC 7, an energy spectrum is generated in a multi-ch storage circuit section 8, and a peak ch corresponding to<SP>40</SP>K of the energy spectrum is detected by a peak search circuit section 11. An operation multiplier is calculated in an ch comparator circuit section 12 by using the peak ch and the reference ch, detected radiation ch data are rationalized by using the operation multiplier with a ch data rationalization circuit section 13, and it is used for computation in an engineering value computing circuit section 14.
