PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the error of the change component of oscillation frequency of a quartz vibrator based on a change in the viscosity of a solution in a case that a plague marker substance or an environmental pollutant such as dioxins or the like is sensed using a change in the frequency of the quartz vibrator. SOLUTION: The drive current flowing through the quartz vibrator is detected by a current detector and the current detection value is inputted to a differential amplifier through an amplifier and a rectifying circuit. The voltage corresponding to the current detection value is compared with set voltage V1 in the differential amplifier and the deviation component thereof is supplied to a regulator. The voltage corresponding to the deviation component is supplied to the inverter of an oscillation circuit from the regulator as power supply voltage to hold the drive current of the quartz vibrator to a set value.
