PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which is simple, and which is excellent in vibration resisting performance and impact resisting performance, in a supporting structure for supporting electronic equipment to be attached to and detached from a housing. SOLUTION: Each of supporting structures 1L, 1R includes; a base part frame 2 which is fixed to a housing (omitted in the selected figure); upper and lower guiding members 5t, 5b which are attached to the base part frame 2 via vibration attenuating parts 3t, 3b; and a sliding body 6 which is attached to these guiding members 5t, 5b to be freely slidable. Each of vibration attenuating parts 3t, 3b is constituted of a plurality of vibration preventing rubbers 4 which are provided by being arranged in a line with a certain interval in the sliding direction of the sliding body 6.
