PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient caisson settlement technology, by improving this difficulty, due to being difficult for controlling these while grasping an excavation position and an excavation range, in a conventional technology for forming an excavation space in the ground under a caisson blade port by using an excavation bucket having a multi-articulated arm and an expansion arm. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped rail 16 is arranged on an inner wall of a caisson 10. A frame 30 revolving in the caisson 10 is suspended by this rail 16. An agitator 40 rocking between a vertical suspending position and a caisson blade port under part, is installed in this frame 30.
