PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care unit minus ion sauna with tourmaline for home and hotel use. SOLUTION: Fresh water is pooled in a water tank 3 and it generates minus ion and far-infrared radiation by being contacted to tourmaline 6 through a circulating pump 9 that allows users to take bath and shower at a suitable temperature (e.g.:42-50°C) in a unit. Heat is sent by the boiler and special cinder concrete blocks 15 are heated from the floor by the heat at a suitable temperature (e.g.:40-50°C) generated from the floor heat generator 10. Tourmaline ceramics balls 14 heated at a suitable temperature, minus ion typical to mineral ores and a far-infrared radiation are transmitted in a form of heat to a lying user's body, which improves blood circulation and promotes sweat with toxins from the body and users can relax themselves in the sauna drinking much minus ion water, listening music and watching TV.
